International Women's Day: Burlington and Niagara Region Portrait and Wedding Photographer

i had the privilege to spend my afternoon in a room of over 250 pretty cool ladies for international women's day today.  it is always so inspiring attending these types of events, but always more so when i see the successes of the area.  the amount of talent that has come out the niagara region is always outstanding; and those yet to take on the world!  it was thrilling to see lynda reeves of house & home magazine speak and accept an award; and designer and overly talented shannon passero explain how she started her business; primarily located out of thailand, right out of college, speaking to the importance of both drive and determination, yet the true love and passion for what you do!  a day i truly will never forget.

in honour of today, i share a few portraits of lovely, successful women whom i have had the pleasure to meet, get to know and photograph along their journeys!  i am so grateful be apart of it.
